Hi Mi Team,
Launching all these new phones is great esp at the price that you guys are doing it is impressive and doing a great job at disrupting the current overpriced flagship market. However, what is missing and in real essence for most electronic companies is to provide a robust and satisfying AFTER-SALE-SERVICE, which right now you guys are not doing or at least i have not experienced it yet.
I had purchased the Mi3, and last month due to its sleek and Zero grip body it fell from my hand damaging the camera lens and denting a few sides of the phone. I visited your service center in Malad, Mumbai and got a quote for it be repaired, but to my dismay the replacement was not there and to my frustration now, its still not there after over 3 months. I did some snooping online and came across alot of people/customers who are facing the same issue. These are the same customers btw who helped Mi India/ Xiaomi climb to the No.3 spot in the world as a phone company.

I love your products, i evangelise them, i look forward to more people switching to you brand/ products, however when such set-backs happen and when nothing is being done about it, i am left disappointed and extremely torn apart. I request your team and Hugo Barra to look into this ASAP and get this fixed. All-in-All it's not about SELLING, Making MONEY, its about the bond with the CUSTOMERS that will make the company, its products and leave a legacy like no other.

Mi India, thank you for getting my Camera Module fixed for Free, the gesture is much appreciated. However i hope you continue to serve ur customers before they go crazy ballistic. Its impossible to please all, and a fact well understood, but a reduction of the genuine ones can definitely make a difference. #MiFan
